We are looking for recent college graduate/finalists motivated by the telecommunications field to join Nokia SW Professional Services as an intern.
General Requirements: BsC/MsC in Information Technology or Telecomunications
Profile: Network Analytics Solutions development
Besides a degree in technology and strong mathematical skills, it will be a plus if you have prior contact with telecommunications networks architecture, namely 3GPP standards, LTE. Evolved Packet Core (EPC) and/or 5G Standalone (SA) / Non-Stand Alone (NSA) specifications. Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks, Python (Pandas and other data and numeric libraries) is a plus. Knowledge in Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) or cloud computing frameworks areas is valued.
Profile: Cloud Solutions development
Besides a degree in technology it will be a plus if you have experience developing native cloud apps (containerized micro-services deployment at E.g.: AWS, GCP) and its orchestration to create end-to-end services.
Profile: Bigdata Solutions Development
Telco applications need to handle very high volumes of information due to the characteristics of the network applications and network control, Big data techniques and technologies are necessary to capture, curate, manage and process large volumes of data with large variety at high velocity. Besides a degree in technology it will be a plus if you have experience in building reliable, distributed data pipelines that allow leveraging data in an effective manner. Experience in the following technologies is valued: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, NiFi and Kafka.

- Perform research and testing on new product and solution concept
- Develop advanced automation solutions for platform deployment for complex distributed systems

- Develop new solutions and redesign existing solutions
