COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

- Architecture & Solution Building

- Broad experience in multiple domains and technologies

 

 

Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/EI/IT

 

12-15 years of experience in NMS CM & SON Domain with strong radio knowledge across 2G/3G/4G/5G & Nokia SRAN & Site Creation

 

expertize in EE site commissioning process

 

ability to understand existing site commissioning process and translate into automation requirements  for Nokia CM & SON tools

 

 SON Telecom applications preferably on Nokia NetAct OSS system

 

Develops customer solution architecture in dedicated area of competence

 

Acts as key bridge between sales and delivery phase to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

Preferably working experience with NetAct South and north bound interfaces and it will be great advantage.

 

Sound knowledge  of mediation systems.

 

Must have experience in the system performance testing & architecture

 

 


 

Must have excellent technical problem solving skills, including identifying and addressing system defects etc.

 

Must be able to work independently and provide proactive leadership in a complex environment with multiple teams

 

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including conducting presentations to teams and to customers.

 

Exposure to agile methodology is added advantage.

 

OS: Linux

 

Other Required Skills: EMS/NMS (FM, PM, CM), FCAPS

 

Tools: SVN, JIRA, Eclipse, maven
