Basic mandatory qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (software) or Information Systems
- Prior experience in Telecom domain
- Very good communication skills (oral & written), Good collaboration and business skills normally required to perform complex team-oriented tasks
- Should be good team player
- Should be ready to work in flexible work timings/time zones to serve customer across regions
- Should be proactive and collaborate with cross functional teams and drive issues to closure
- Prior experience in agile methodology, Devops tool chain, CI / CT is good to have
- Prior experience on automation testing, knowledge on BDD or Robo framework is good to have

- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Should have experience in
- testing web-based applications
- user interface, functional, integration, application interface (API), and end to end testing
- SoapUI or REST API testing or other web services experience
- Making test plans, test strategy, making test estimations based on the requirement given
- Writing test cases, Test execution, Test status reporting, conducting reviews, attending team meetings, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Test and Defect Management tool e.g. Jira (preferred) or similar.
- Requirement/user story analysis for test case creation
- Basic Unix/Linux experience (e.g. login, navigate directory/file structure, view log files, transfer and extract log files etc.)
- Basic software testing experience with TcpDump, TCPIP, HTML, XML
- Preparing test summary reports
- Working with multiple stakeholders and taking ownerships in driving issues/tasks to closure.
- Should have capability to play the independent contributor as well as team player role
- Should be familiar with
- automated testing tools like Cucumber / BDD or Robo framework
- Basic scripting language familiarity ( Python, Java or Java Script )
- Managing small teams/ small testing projects , sized 3 to 5
- Good to have experience in ( optional)
- Nokia Products such as Service Management Platform (CSC, SSC, CSP), Device Management Products (IMPACT, HDM)
