Analytics - Solution Architect
Key Role Asks:
Role requires a good balance between customer focus, strategic understanding and deep technical acumen
Act as Mini-CTO of services/solutions with strong personal drive:
Customer-focused, proactive, determined, driven, self-motivated, collaborative, co-operative, flexible, agile and result-oriented
Strong and contrasting mix of technical solution blueprinting, and hands on product dev, arch and performance leadership.
Create new and disruptive technical solutions to support the business strategy as defined by product managers articulating Nokia value proposition (through key competences/resources and partners) with the selected customer segments
Own Idea to execution from technical aspects– complete product life cycle. Ideation, Requirements definition, Roadmap management, agile & DevOps methodology, POCs to success, selling and delivery capability creation
Cause Champion: Define, promote, collaborate and conclude (important) technical solutions to support new product creation.
Technical solution Champion towards SPS pre-sales organization – get your mindshare and help sales build funnel.
Is responsible defining the technical capability (software and expertise) baseline for operations and mobility analytics
Is responsible for technical success for Ops and mobility analytics products.
Own product roadmap on technical leadership
Set requirements and technical priorities for the NCS R&D & larger GSD NCS teams
Help Ideate, filter, Develop, Execute and manage Monetizable offerings in Operational efficiency and mobility analytics segment of NCS business.
Help Product manager define, manage and own Business case of owned/assigned Analytics product/offerings
Help Product roadmap execution – time, quality, budget.
Help create /augment delivery model, sales artifacts, pricing and costing model.
-Track record of bringing innovation to life (idea to BI/Data products).
-Experience in Software as a Service, Software product architecture, Cloud based data product architecture, Software pre-sales, IT/Telco Technical Consulting – Min 2 is a must, all of them is desirable
-Hands-on system working knowledge and experience in – Telco Operations Support Systems (OSS)/Business Support systems (BSS)
-Obsession with Customer success is mandatory – Customers, Nokia Sales, Nokia Partners, sister business units.
-Perseverance and eye for outcome and deliverables quality
-Team player – across different nationalities, cultures, and skill sets. People leadership ability in a cross team functional setup.
-Working in global business environment is desirable.
-Ability to work in fast paced and rapidly evolving business environment.
-Ability to work in agile mode using ”minimum viable product” concept Being -Proactive and considering oneself as a go-getter is a must have attribute.
-Working Knowledge of descriptive as well as predictive (important) analytics /data products creation is mandatory.
-Knowledge of software/SaaS modules in market ecosystem for partners, collaborators
-Architectural and offering Knowledge of key public cloud environments – AWS, GCP, Azure is desirable
-Hands on coding, systems integration and service delivery experience is required.
