Responsibilities:
- Interact with Business Leaders to market the AI Lab and capture, assess, build backlog of opportunities
- Plan, schedule immersive/ideation sessions with correct Business, IT, and Bell Lab staffing
- Facilitate an active collaborate session to detail challenges, business vision, alternative solutions, data gathering and preprocessing necessary, and eventually the MVP objective
- Upon successful MVP proof of value, perform effective transition via a pilot to IT Automation Delivery team for broadening, and productization
- Post session, drive the MVP coordination and development and upon completion, review/communicate conclusions, successes, lessons learned, demo presentation, and recommended next step.
Required Skills:
- Excellent coordination and administration skills
- Self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal language skills in English
- Effective facilitation skills
- Trained in ideation, lean process methodology, agile & DevOps
- Problem solving skills and solution oriented approach
- Preferred: Process workflow, Data management, Data lakes, RPA tools, Artificial Intelligence, Web UIs, Relationships with Nokia Bell Labs and IT

Education: BS required, MS preferred

10+ years’ experience

Proven experience in RPA tooling (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), AI open source tooling (TensorFlow, Keras, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit, Theano,..)
