Job Description for JG 7
- Month end accounting and reporting activities for Singapore, Brunei
- Processing Tax payment, posting & clearing for APAC & India
- Performing Treasury activities for Australia
- Analyse movement/variance in balance sheet and P&L accounts on monthly b basis
- Analysis and preparation/reversal of monthly accruals
- Balance Sheet and P/L substantiation/reconciliation
- Ensure transactions are being accounted for in accordance with relevant IFRS
- Ensure all the OPEX transactions and bank statements are being recorded in timely manner
- Coordinate with auditors for successful completion of Statutory & Internal Audit
- Testing & review of SOX control’s
- Develop process documentation (SOP) for all the activities
- Bring process efficiency and improvement in the existing processes
- Support manager in various projects and transitions
- Support manager in building good working relations with on shore counterparts
Additional requirements
Qualified CA/MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience
Experience in working for APAC countries
Good SAP skills, as well as sound MS Excel skills
Process mind set and hands on mentality
