Providing Accounting services: | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Processes and monitors country accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with process design, concept and service levels | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Follows NSN Global F&C reporting guidelines and uses appropriate systems to meet financial reporting requirements. | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Complies with NSN Global F&C accounting principles, procedures (including SOX and Internal Controls) and IFRS/local GAAP accounting principles and local tax guidelines | |||||||||||||||||||||
.Providing Accounting Expert support | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Provides accurate and timely technical accounting support (IFRS/local GAAP accounting principles and in fiscal matters when required) | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Ensures that the right process exists and that process is compliant with NSN global policies and processes. | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Ensures availability of processes knowledge and technical competence | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Provides support for statutory accounting external reporting and related audit/tax audits and governance: execution, control and results | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Provides support for reconciliation between corporate, local GAAP books and taxes | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Provides support and coordination of global process implementation and tool deployments | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Supports for accurate and timely NSN group reporting. | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Supports, cooperates and contributes to the Internal, External and Tax audit process. | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Supports Tax manager with local tax related activities if not possible to perform remotely. | |||||||||||||||||||||
3. Ensuring quality | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Verifies quality and consistency in methodology and accounting principles applied, reporting / escalating to pertinent leaders when issues arise. | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Accounting Quality Assurance process (accounting closing, BS validation, reconciliation and attestation, and any other accounting QA processes) | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Supports preparation of local blueprints, user guides and training material. | |||||||||||||||||||||
• Responsible for identifying and escalating process/systems issues that cannot be resolved locally | |||||||||||||||||||||

Strong accounting and analytical skills | |||||||||||||||||||||
Knowledge of SAP R3 English Advanced | |||||||||||||||||||||
Microsoft Office skills | |||||||||||||||||||||
Knowledge of IFRS / local GAAP | |||||||||||||||||||||
