Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a business or technical area of study, or equivalent and relevant work experience in military, government, or industry directly with the National Security community.

  • At least 5 years experience selling to the National Security, US Government vertical.

  • At least 5 years experience working closely with the National Security community in either military, government, system integrator, or telecommunications.

  • Proven track record of sales success.

  • Creates innovative solutions and ideas that develops into complex solutions that solve customer problems.

  • Broad knowledge of technology areas; mobility, optics, IP routing, software.

  • Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.

  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of Nokia’s functional area objectives and strategies and proven ability to apply those objectives and strategies to sales opportunities.

  • Is accountable for developing and implementing business strategies.

  • Develops project objectives and prioritizes own work and direct report's work based on customer requirements and internal guidelines.
