Summary

Nokia Software (NSW) is seeking a high-profile Software Sales Account Manager to lead NOKIA’s software business mainly in Turkey region. This is a senior role that requires the ability to work independently, pro-active, self-motivated, driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
 

The position has the following core responsibilities:

  • Focus on new business development, strategy and execution
  • Pro-actively generate strong pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned sales quota(s)
  • Develop C-level relationships with key customers and position the NSW value proposition. 
  • Understand customer business pain points and KPI’s that are established to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the local & global NOKIA sales team in a daily basis to leverage joint solutioning and sales.
  • Work with alliance partners to extend our sales efforts in the accounts. 
  • Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA SELL & NSW processes. 
  • Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.

Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) 

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in a Software technology company
  • Understand Communications software, with prior employment history in either in OSS/BSS, Cloud/Virtualization or Customer Experience/Analytics domains 
  • Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales quota(s)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Turkish as native language, fluent English speaker/writer
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and ‘out of the box’ thinking skills
  • Experience in selling to the IT, Marketing and Strategy teams
  • Ability to bring various teams together and lead a sales campaign. 
  • Solid business acumen who can identify customer business pain points and KPI’s, in order to develop a solution sales strategy
  • Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (consultative sales approach for selling solutions).  
  • Demonstrate ability to close large and complex deals >1M€
  • Ability to travel – low frequency (10-25%)
