[Main Responsibility Area]

  • Acts as a main contact point for KDDI group companies.
  • Understands customer's strategic and business plans.
  • Implements account strategy from E2E solution view point.
  • Identifies IP/Optical Networks (ION) products and/or solutions and develops a product offering to meet customer needs at an optimum profitability.
  • Builds understanding of customer’s key business drivers, pain points and uses this knowledge for creating profitable business.
  • Acts as a source of expertise for others in service of KDDI and KDDI group companies.
  • Acts as an operational business manager, relationship manager, sales person and business developer in his/her defined business area.

 

[Job Description]

  • Report to CT head directly and work together to establish strategic partnership with KDDI and KDDI group companies and maximize Nokia’s business.
  • Acts as a main contact point of IP/Optical Networks (ION) products and/or solution for KDDI and KDDI group companies.
  • Lead all sales activities for IP IP/Optical Networks (ION) products and/or solution products and/or solution towards KDDI and KDDI group companies.
  • Accountable for IP/Optical Networks (ION) products and/or solution business for KDDI and KDDI group companies.
  • Solve any problems or issues around IP/Optical Networks (ION) products and/or solution together with the team.
  • Understands customer’s key business drives, pain points and uses this knowledge for creating profitable business.
  • Implements account strategy together with Customer Solution Architect (CSA), Business Group and other CT members.
  • Identifies IP/Optical Networks (ION) products and/or solutions to meet customer needs from E2E solution view point.
  • Acts as a source of expertise for others in service of KDDI and KDDI group companies.
  • Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.

Senior Sales Professional within broad business/product area responsible for generating orders and revenue by persuading customer to buy.

Jobs eligible for Nokia sales incentive compensation plans have to meet all of the following elements:

 

  1. Sales person (individual/manager) with accountability and responsibility for one or more of the following: customer orders, revenue, sell-out, sell-through.
  2. Sales person (individual/manager) with responsibility for persuading a customer to buy.
  3. Primary focus of the role on the persuasion phase of the sales process (sell-in and/or sell-out).
  4. Requires consistent customer focus and contact.
  5. Quantitative measures of success are defined and available.
