Account Manager
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Lead Account Strategies and sales plans
  • Build a strong pipeline and accurate quarterly order forecast (using Sales Force CRM) to grow the business in the region
  • Develop strong relationship at CxO level, has full awareness about customer organizations.
  • Identify key decision makers in the account, develop and maintain strong and effective strategic relationships with them
  • Gain and build knowledge of the target account, its business and potential needs
  • Confidently articulate the Nokia vision, systems and application strategies to the account at all appropriate levels of decision-making.
  • Work with technology specialists to develop account specific proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Gain and build an in-depth knowledge of Nokia's strategic systems, applications and corporate directions.
  • Maintain and increase Nokia product knowledge (self-study, regular trainings, seminars, etc)
  • Maintain and monitor competition and market trends
  • Maintain close contacts with Nokia product managers and marketing dept. to support marketing plans
  • Obtain and analyse marketing efforts of competitors at assigned accounts and use this information to maximize revenue as well as customer satisfaction
  • To perform & manage all administrative sales tasks starting at opportunity identification until successful delivery.
  • To ensure global customer satisfaction and good account performance
  • Show global awareness of what sort of products, solutions or services Nokia is delivering to its customers with competitive edge.
  • Coordinates cross-functional team with representatives from all related organizations.

Join our team if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years previous direct sales or pre-sales experience dealing with accounts, preferably in the Telco industry
  • Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success
  • Knowledge of Telco technology solutions (Radio Access, IP, Optics, Fixed Access, Software Solutions) and selling strategy as well as the ability to articulate these strategies with confidence to key corporate decision makers
  • Knowledge of the Operators sales cycle, as well the Operators challenges and how to identify solutions to meet those challenges
  • Knowledge of Operators required solutions is a plus
  • Demonstrated success to build and maintain relationships at executive and working levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to operate at senior management level and operate as a trusted advisor
  • Capability to lead a cross-functional team with representatives from different organizations
  • A self-starter requiring minimal supervision is crucial
  • A “Get it Done” attitude is critical.  Ability to lead within a team environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
