Account Manager
- Identify and develop prospects based Nokia’s solutions and innovative product portfolio
- Further develop and broaden business with existing customers
- Maintain and manage relationships with prospects, existing accounts and eco-system partners
- Define the best go-to-market per opportunity: Direct or via partners
- Meet short and long term sales targets (Order-intake, Revenues, strategic objectives,…)
- Understand, anticipate, and articulate the trends and needs of the various market segments
- Develop and maintain a solid technical background and understanding of Nokia’s complete portfolio
- become a trusted advisor for prospects and customers.
- Maximize public references for replication in other area’s
- Provide regular sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity and deliver to the commitments made to the business.
- Recognizes business opportunities and takes responsibility to create an opportunity and drives it to win, smoothing out obstacles and competitive threats
- Combines market and competitor awareness to deliver relevant solutions to the customer
- Considers the viability and sustainability of opportunities with relation to resources, markets and trends
- Identifies the right people in virtual teams and develops effective relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent knowledge about the business and its dynamics of the Korea Optics and fixed communications industry, incl. competitor trends.
- Strong relationship with KT to drive the Optics opportunities
- Very good established network and relationships to influencer and decider of customers in the targeted market segments
- Preferably more than 10 years of successful account management in the Telecommunication, IT or services industry.
- Solid experience in solution sales and channel sales
- Confident and charismatic interpersonal skills - Good negotiator - Ability to convince and influence others
- Team spirit and enthusiasm, self-starter and an autonomous player
- Strive for high standards in customer satisfaction, quality and responsiveness towards customers
- High degree of flexibility and initiative, with good time management and organizational skills
- Contributes to the development of business with innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue
- Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on the customer requirements and business success
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in Korean and English.
